Claims need to be submitted by employers after the approval of grants and training completion.
Effective 1st August 2019, training claims must be submitted within six (6) months after training completion.
For Exception to HRD Corp Claimable Course (SLB) scheme, claims must be submitted by organizer companies before the submission of claims by participating employers.

HRDF Training Grant – Application Process
Application for HRDF Training Grant is done through e-TRiS system.
What is e-TRiS? e-TRiS – Electronic Transformed Information System, the new HRDF online service system that will enhance your online business transactions with PSMB.
Example: Submission via e-TRiS under Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL) scheme

How to check claim status?
Login to the e-TRiS system through HRDF Portal
Please click on the ‘Applications‘
Select from the menu and click on ‘Claim‘.
Choose ‘Search / Withdraw Claims‘
How to get the claims report?
Go to HRDF Portal and login to the e-TRiS system
Please click on the ‘Applications‘
Select from the menu and click on ‘Claim‘
Choose ‘Daily Claim Listing For Employers‘
How to update the incomplete document or information that has been queried for claims?
Login to HRDF Portal and launch e-TRiS
Please select Inbox icon.
Click on Record Room and File number
Choose ‘Query details‘ to view the details of incomplete information or document.
Please complete the form.
Click ‘Action‘ and ‘Return‘ to submit the form.
Please put the date and click on ‘Generate report‘
